Due to Covid, Towns Health Services have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We schedule the initial intakes hours apart from each other to ensure there will be no more than two intakes in the office at one time, however, we try to not have more than one. Towns Health Services has multiple offices where we can meet with clients to ensure their safety. For regular counseling, we offer tele-counseling via Microsoft Teams where we are able to observe their facial expressions and body language for those that are uncomfortable with coming into the office. With Microsoft Teams we are able to share our screen with the clients and pull up the Towns Health Services curriculum, videos and audios that are saved in the computer. We also sanitize the office every morning, every night and after every client. We also provide masks and take their temperatures followed by questions regarding exposure to Covid. Keeping our clients and staff is our number one priority.
